Customer Refund Policy

Trans Research Labs Ltd. offers a total customer satisfaction guarantee. Customers who are not completely satisfied with the product(s) they have purchased can return all unused and unopened merchandise within 30 days from the original date of purchase, for a complete refund, less any shipping costs and a $5 restocking fee.

Refunds will be issued within 15 business days of the date of return and acceptance by Trans Research Labs Ltd.
